Engineer went to install the automatic edible oil filling machine in Kazakhstan

On 16th April, our engineer reached the customer's factory in Kazakhstan and start the installation of automatic edible oil filling machine. Actually, this set of automatic edible oil filling machine is a complete 1L edible oil filling line, which is includs blow moulding machine, unscrambler, filling machine, screw cap machine and labeling machine.

The whole line is automatic running. It has five steps:

1. Based on the bottle model, the blow moulding machine makes the 1L bottle. 

2. The bottles are sorted by unscrambler.

3. When the bottle reach the under of filling outlet, filling process will begin.

4. After finishing the filling process, the bottle will be sent to the next site--screw cap machine. Every bottle will be pressed a lid on.

5. The last step--labelled.

This set of automatic edible oil filling machine can improve the production effiency a lot. The product oil can be packaged directly for selling. And our customer only need 1-2 workers in the edible oil filling workshop. He is very satisfied.
