From local visit to local pickup: Nigerian agri-trader finalizes palm kernel oil extraction machines deal

On March 3, 2026, Henan Glory Company formally signed a purchase contract with an agricultural products operator from Ondo State, Nigeria, for the procurement of our palm kernel oil press and plate-and-frame filter press. The customer has completed full payment for the order, and the relevant machines will be shipped together with our stock replenishment consignment to our local warehouse in Nigeria. This arrangement allows the customer to take delivery directly locally, which greatly shortens the machines lead time.

The palm kernel oil press purchased by the customer is a dedicated pressing unit developed by our company for the properties of palm kernels. It is integrated with the customer’s existing kernel-shell separation machine to realize automated, high-efficiency pressing operations of palm kernel feedstock. The oil press boasts core strengths including high oil yield, stable operation, user-friendly handling, and low maintenance costs, making it highly adaptive to the production needs of small scale palm kernel oil extraction workshops. The plate-and-frame filter press, purchased as a complementary unit, can efficiently remove various solid impurities from the pressed palm kernel crude oil, rapidly improving oil purity and finished product quality. It helps the customer establish an integrated production workflow covering palm kernel pretreatment, pressing and crude oil filtration, thus comprehensively boosting production efficiency.

Palm kernel oil extraction machines

The customer we partnered with has long been engaged in the agricultural products industry in Ondo State, Nigeria, owning a small oil extraction workshop equipped with simple palm kernel-shell separation machine, and was looking for a matching palm kernel oil press solution. On December 2, 2025, the customer made initial contact with us and then paid an on-site visit to our Nigerian branch. During the inspection, they watched the full-cycle operation demonstration of our palm kernel oil press prototype, recognized its comprehensive performance, ease of operation and actual pressing effect, and also showed strong purchase interest in our plate-and-frame filter press. After the visit, the customer held internal discussions with their team on the procurement plan. On January 4, 2026, we formulated a shipping plan for machines replenishment to our local Nigerian warehouse. Our sales manager promptly informed the customer of this news, noting that if they finalized the purchase within the time window, their machines could be added to this shipment for direct local pickup — a solution that would greatly shorten lead time and cut cross-border logistics costs. This proposal was highly recognized by the customer, and after their funds were fully in place, they formally signed the purchase contract with us and completed full payment on March 3, 2026.
