The process began on September 24, when our sales manager, based on the client's requirement to process 1 ton of palm fruit per day, recommended a 500kg/h single screw oil press. Subsequently, the client expressed interest in incorporating additional steps like fruit threshing and oil clarifying. In response, we designed a tailored, integrated small scale palm oil production equipment. This solution includes a palm fruit thresher, the single screw oil press, a vibrating screen, and a plate filter. We detailed the integrated advantages of these pieces of equipment, highlighting their ability to enhance palm oil extraction efficiency, ensure consistent oil quality, and reduce labor costs, which successfully secured the client's initial approval.
