On September 1, 2026, Glory Oiltech (Henan Glory) officially signed an order with a Nigerian client for a 30 TPD soybean oil processing plant. The project adopts a combination of soybean extrusion and mechanical pressing, with equipment covering soybean preparation, extrusion, pressing, crude oil collection, and filtration — a complete soybean oil processing solution from raw material to finished product.

The project includes an EXP160G extruder. Rather than sending soybeans directly to mechanical pressing, the extrusion stage transforms the material's physical structure, improving pressing characteristics and making subsequent oil release more efficient.

The pressing section is equipped with four YZYX140-8 screw oil presses — each rated at ≥8 TPD — a distribution screw conveyor, and press cake conveying equipment. The distribution conveyor feeds extruded material evenly across all four presses, enabling continuous mechanical pressing across the line.

Crude Oil Collection and Filtration Equipment

Crude oil from pressing flows into a collection tank and is pumped through a leaf filter. The system also includes an air compressor and air receiver to support filtration and auxiliary operations across the soybean oil processing plant.
