How It Works — The Layered Cooking Process

This 5-layer vertical steam cooker is purpose-built for oil seed processing. Each layer serves a distinct stage of the cooking cycle, working together to prepare the material for maximum oil extraction:

Process Performance: Approximately 50 minutes per batch at 120–130°C. Each layer features a continuous stirring device, while side and bottom steam jackets provide uniform, thorough heating throughout the cooking chamber — together ensuring consistent quality and maximum oil extraction.
